aspect of the spider not working (not slowing enemies)

Hello,

WTF "aspect of the spiders" is in the game and can not be fixed? Looks like a bug which will be fixed in 1-2 years then.

aspect of the spider seems to be working for me, both visually and functionally.
maybe you are missing something else making the enemies immune to the slows? |

This is a typical Act 10 monster. Do not think they are slow immune. Shouldn't a WEP appear? Is there any other trick rather than activating the aura?
