Possible Sextant Bugs w/ EGG Challenge 4 Sextant Modifiers Kill Map Boss

Hey all. I have discovered a bug with the EGG challenge "Complete maps with 4 sextant modifiers"

So, I have been farming T16 City Square maps for this challenge. I can confirm that I have all four voidstones, all of them have a sextant being used on them. Also there are no conlficting ones (Area contains Niko i.e.) by that I mean, I am also farming Einhar during these maps.

Two maps in a row now I have killed all 3 bosses on the city square map, with four sextant mods on, and have not gotten completion. Currently 148/300.

Edit, I have also tried the /recheck_achievements command in game. No change was made after using the command.

Edit - Thanks for the assistance. TLDR (Check your sextants and ensure there are no extreme conflicts).

Last Edit - I am adding thoughts as I am finishing this challenge.

I have uploaded a video on YouTube showcasing that this bug is accurate, unless I am doing something incorrect.

- Completing a map
- Using 4 sextant modifiers
- Completion was 148/300 and remained 148/300
- Ran /recheck_achievements as well in video, no change.

I think you're misunderstanding this thread. This thread/bug has nothing to do with shrines. It has to do with the completion for EGG not being awarded upon completing a map with 4 sextant modifiers.

The shrines are a sextant modifier. Your original post claimed you were running maps without conflicting sextant modifiers.

In the video, you hover over 4 voidstones with sextant modifiers. Briefly:

When you place your map into the map device, it displays your active sextant modifiers. "Areas contain an additional Resonating Shrine" was not in that list, suggesting it conflicts with "Areas contain an additional Gloom Shrine" and you're running the map with only 3 sextant modifiers.

Thank you for clarifying and explaining this for me. I wasn't aware that some of them could conflict with eachother, for the most part I was just spamming them unless I had one that was more obvious (Area contains Niko) while I'm running Einhar as that conflict is more obvious. I will update the title of the thread and this can be closed.

@seaman My apologies as well.

I have done some testing and there are a few strange things regarding sextants.

Sextants like "Plants harvested in areas" (note the sextant does not ADD harvest, and harvest is not onthe map) - still award credit upon killing boss.
Resonating Shrine (map contains additional shrines) - even when no shrines are on the map.

It seems like any sextant that is ADDITIVE in THEORY, without canceling itself out (If I was running Niko sextant but running another master mission) still gives credit.

This brings me back to the beginning of this process to wonder if there are actually bugs or if the intention of this is simply "Put 4 working sextants on map and kill boss".

Just some thoughts.
