3.17.4 -- "Protocol violation reading wstring from the network" error message

That's strange that it is only on one account....

It is very strange. I tried to create a new character in my old account and no matter what, when trying to enter the game, it crashes with the Wstring error.

I cleared out all the cache and files and reinstalled the game. Both Windows and Steam versions.

I have the same problem with jack_aubrey. What can GGG do for us? Because nothing works.
