Wreath of Phrecia change

Since Light Radius is more or less useless now and I have never seen any1 even try to build something with Wreath of Phrecia due to it more or less missing defensive stats. Is there a way to make this item usable?
I was thinking of removing the "AOE based on Light Radius" stat and adding a "increase global defences based on Light Radius" stat instead.
This would make it very useful if u manage to stack some light radius but since it lacks any real stats itself it would still give up a full itemslot for this effect.
Could make it a fun item to make some builds around and it would make one of the more useless stats something to actually look for on items.

believe it or not, i JUST started to build around it - but i already know it is a mistake, as the synergy just isnt there





light radius can be obtained from:

helm slot (fixed with Wreath)
weapon slot (sadly, the best option there is a non-drop Corona Solaris wand)
ring slot
chest slot (unique)
for a total of ~ 25+20+18+18+25

it is just not enough to make a difference. there are no clusters for that, no jewels, only one passive point. 100% increased accuracy or damage sounds big but it is just irrelevant in practice

Light radius is a junk stat intended to dilute the pool of mods with garbage.

Which is why it should be on more item types.
