Hallo, why did i get banned?

I was playing on the beginning of the sixth act and then i had to go away for a minute.Next day i logged in and the game said my steam acount was banned by administrator without even mentioning the reason. I would be glad if i can hear the reason and possibly get my acount back if the reason isn´t really threatening the game rules

Regular support can't/won't discuss this, period.
At most, you will get told you broke such and such of the TOS. That's it and don't expect anything more. The only thing you can do is appeal the ban via the appeal ban button. Make sure you include anything and everything you want GGG to consider. Then, sit back and wait as it can take up to 4 weeks for the accounts investigation team to get done with their review. It's also the same place you file a BAN APPEAL (click the BAN APPEAL LINK just under your name and fill in ALL the information you want GGG account investigation team to consider). Process time is about 4+ weeks and no updates or any futher information will be given until they send you the result of your appeal. |
