Lag Spiking only in Alluring Abyss

Been playing all day and haven't had any issues. Decided to do uber atziri. Whenever I'm in the map I have a constant lag spike to around 300-500 ms, with my usually being around 27. I've checked multiple maps, my hideouts, and act hubs and am completely fine in them. I even opened a second alluring abyss and the same thing happened. Wtf is going on?

when you press tab, you see the server you play on in the upper right corner.

just tmake sure you're on the same server and didn't get redirected to a server further away.

but it's also possible ggg has a laggy machine there and the instance server assigned it to you twice.

in this case, just do a winMTR report to the instance you play on (get tcpview from microsoft to see the ip address), post it to pastebin.com and link it here
