Killed Sirus - got disconnected, rolled back, can't enter hideout?

So I just killed Sirus for the first time this league. Got the popup for the new favoured map slot unlocked, got the popup for the Elderslayers challenge completion, looted my loot and portaled back to town.
I then got disconnected and couldn't reconnect for 5 or 10 minutes. Now that I can re-connect, the favoured map is locked, the Elderslayers challenge lacks Sirus kill, and my inventory is empty. Oh and I can't go to my hideout, "Error: Failed to join any instances" whenever I try. Edit: OK I can finally get to my hideout, but the remaining portal is gone. Am I just stuffed?
