Health of corpses generated by Desecrate isn't based on Area level

Why isn't the damage of Detonate Dead (exactly the health of corpses created by desecrate) not based on local Area level?
Even though the corpses generated by desecrate are at a similar area level(80~84, In boss areas with Maven, Sirus, Uber Atziri, Elder, Shape),
damage at the tier 16 map isn't similar.
There is a difference of almost 2.5 to 3 times the level of damage

In general, the well-equipped DD build tier 16 mapping is powerful enough to kill the boss with just one vaal Detonate Dead.
However, it is very weak in certain boss areas(Maven, Elder, Shaper, Sirus, etc.)

But, Maven's Invitation: Formed Area(Shaper Guardian Invitation) deals damage equivalent to tier 16 map area.

I think it is right to give a certain amount of damage based on the area level, but if i report a bug like this, maybe GGG will define the high damage in the mapping as a bug and do nerfing the damage.

The mechanics of Detonate Dead and Desecrate changed almost every expansion patch. So I'd like to know at least a little bit of why it has such different damage. When did GGG start doing this intentionally or did GGG make it without consideration?

The last 3.16 zizaran gauntlet had Monsters Fire 4 Additional Projectiles mods.
Old armour system(at least in 3.14) is applying armour to multiple projectiles treated as a single big damage
it was a system that is applied as a single combined damage. wasn't it?

I was annoying when I realized that the bug applied armour at once to the instant shotgun physical damage had been fixed before starting the gauntlet.
there is no mention in patch note.
Now applies the same armour to each projectile even though multiple projectiles are hit instantly.
Armour system was fixed silently

It is very difficult for players to follow the patch notes and game system.
I hope at least GGG can tell players exactly what the mechanism is changed.

dont troll my report

DD ignite DPS is 1 million in the shaper's realm
and In tier 16 map area, it has about 2.5 million dps.
and in Absence of Mercy and Empathy(the area of Maven) it has about 1 million dps.
and in Maven's Invitation: Formed Area(Shaper Guardian Invitation), it has about came back with 2.5 million dps.

first understanding or testing the problem and after replying.
Are you understand they are not the same boss?

Where did you get the dps number , you made it up or tool tip that never reliable? or the non-official software POB?

in specific

the bosses in Maven's Invitation are actually have different internal metadata id (they have Standalone as suffix in it) so that you can compare the real hp of Maven's Invitation version and the "normal" version of the boss
