need to enter password and unlock via email almost every day

Hi,
I moved a long time ago from Belgium to Germany. In Germany many providers have a so called 24 hours disconnect, where your connection is disabled for a few seconds. everytime this happens and i want to log into PoE the game asks me to enter the password and even asks for an unlock code sent to me to my email. In the email it says that i need to unluck since i am logging in from an adress that i dont usually use. But i live here already for almost 2 years. I would like to let the game know that this is my normal adress now so that i dont have to unlock my account every day which is a little tidious. I hope someone can help me. you have a dynamic IP address, you would either need to get your ISP to set you to a static IP, just deal with it, or email support so they can disable the security feature on your account(not recommended)

As dorkdude2 mentions, these codes are requested each time you attempt to log in with an IP address that differs from the previous one you used. This may be due to having a dynamic IP, which will cause you to get a new IP address every time your connection disconnects, or if the modem is restarted. We believe this security feature is quite important, as it stops anyone from accessing your account from somewhere else if they have your password. If you would like us to look into disabling this security system for your account, please contact us at support@grindinggear.com so that we can assist you with this. i also live in germany and made my peace with having to enter the password all the time and also sometimes having to unlock the account.
since ggg has no multifactor authentication it's basically the only way to protect your account once somebody sniffed your password and copied your credentials from your local storage. age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!

Use Steam. Dynamic IP, no problem, you don't need to enter your key every single time via that client.

Same problem here. I connect to the game from home and work, it gets a little tedious every time it asks for password and email permission. Also, I always connect from the same IP.
