The reason the price is so inflated even compared to the cost of the rings is that you might have to do hundreds of trades for it rather than just the price sum being high. And then there is the fact that you can be unlucky if you have a small sample size. You would probably need to buy and vendor over ten thousand rings to get down to average returns, and few people have the currency / time to do that, so the price is significantly above the average cost. The vendor recipe is not how you obtain it. Grasping mails with a fractured breach mod is an exclusive drop from uber breachstones.
