I keep getting frozen even if my flask is active and I have 103% chance to avoid being frozen, is this normal ?
Freeze avoidance sources:
20% from passive tree (thick skin and the 3 small nodes)
15% from jewel implicit
68% from the flask :
With Flask:
Without flask:

Are you sure it's 'frozen' and not any one of six or so different fake-freezing cold ailments that are totally un-mitigatable so far?
"Encased in a block of ice" in the Tarollo fight comes to mind. There's others; one from Archnemesis and some additional ones that may have sneaked in the side door in both league and Standard.
The debuff icon on the HUD looks very similar, if not the same, as the usual frozen debuff. Only the hover text is different. You obv won't have time to read those things, so hover & screen the very second you see you're frozen, and read the text later (if it is also saved with the screenshot).

I did a test, I opened 2 boxes, both had "freezes you when activated".
First box I opened while my freeze avoidance flask was active, and it worked, I didn't get frozen.
Second box, first I opened and then I pressed the flask, and it didn't unfreeze me, I was frozen for a few seconds. So that is a question, should it unfreeze me by default if im frozen but I get my freeze avoidance over 100% ? Or it's supposed to work that way.
I noticed that in the eather of worlds influenced maps there is freezing ground, it looks like someone casts a few frost walls over you, and that freezez me if I'm not freeze immune, even if my freeze avoidance is >100%, if you step in that freezing ground you are frozen by default.
