How did you check it? Screenshots?
are you sure the jewel provides enough to reach next radius breakpoint?

I just did further testing and my conclusion seems to be wrong. Because I just removed the cluster jewel and instead specced in to AOE notes in the tree but they also did not apply so then I put the cluster jewel back in it's place and then it applied it's AOE to RF. So I switched the AOE nodes and the cluster jewel around multiple times but got different results even though the AOE stat should have stayed the same. So my new theory is that there is an AOE cap or that increases to AoE get rounded in a way that it has no impact even after my "skill area of effect modifier" of RF increased from 118% to 132%.

Is there such a thing as a radius breakpoint? Because I did some reserch but with no success.

so if u have a formula to hand i would appreciate it if you can send/link it to me

I also made a new poste below wich should be informative to read.
radius = base_radius * sqrt(1 + final_area_of_effect modifier)

then it gets always rounded down to integer

for example

lvl 21 RF - 23 base radius
Ive got - 120% increased area of effect

radius = 23 * sqrt(1 + 1.2) = 23 * 1.483 = 34.11 rounded down to 34

(note that final_area_of_effect modifier is a result of increased, reduced, more and less modifiers to area of effect - it is what ingame/PoB tooltip should show))
