What is hericide

One of the Letters of Exile mentions hericide as the crime. What is this?

Well, the latin word "hera" means woman, so presumably it is something related to killing a woman.

I have not been translating any Latin for almost a decade, so I am not sure if the word can also be used to refer to a wife or girlfriend. The word for wife in particular seems to be "uxor", which is why I am uncertain.
IIRC Hericide is the killing of a/your Lord/Master.
"Programming today is a race between software engineers striving to build bigger and better idiot-proof programs, and the Universe trying to produce bigger and better idiots. So far, the Universe is winning."

"Your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries!"
It's a made up word for path of exile. Dunno what it means if context doesn't give any clues.

Given PoE's grimdark tendencies and such, my guess is killing heretics. Though I dunno why that would be a crime in any templar area.
