Impossible to pick up loot.

It is impossible to pick up the Agate Amulet or Ruby Ring, because those are covered by the Vaal Side Area entrance label.

The "always highlight" option causes labels for things like Strongboxes and Vaal Side Areas to always display as well.

I believe the default hotkey for toggling this is Z.

Disabling "always highlight" and then mouse over the items to pick them up.
