Olroth's Resolve and Vessel of Vinktar Disabled

I'm using a Olroth's Resolve build, and shortly into my map I died unexpectedly. I found out something caused my Olroth's Resolve to simply stop activating. The charges are there, but no matter which flask slot it is in the flask will not activate. I also tested it with a few other unique flasks I had on hand, and Vessel of Vinktar also wasn't working. Both these flasks innately have increased flask charges used, so I think the bug is somehow requiring too many flask charges in order to activate.

you likely hit the one that has increased charges used causing you to require more charges than your flask holds.

that wouldn't be a bug.
