Garukhan pantheon upgrade makes second sight not function

The upgrade for garukhan that makes it so you can not be blinded or maimed makes second sight (Passive from the Brutal Restraint Jewel) not work at all. Second Sight passive should just be applying blind regardless and it is not.

" I agree pantheons should have an ability to remove the upgrades for a small cost. And there is really no way to adjust it without breaking the keystone. If you make it unaffected by blind then you completely circumvent the downside of the keystone for essentially no cost. |
