Dedication of the goddess should be 2 enchants.

With twice enchanted being gone it really is a nightmare to try and enchant your belt with the specific enchant you want.

To be honest I don't see why Dedication should be getting 2 crafts for belts, given that there are like, 15 belt enchants only to begin with.
Twice Enchanted being gone is a big sadge loss, but at least made running gifts more lucrative so there's that :3 P.S: There are only 15 Belt enchants, if wiki is to be believed, so, in theory, you should be able to reach your belt enchant rather quickly even with twice enchanted being gone. Just my two cents :3 |

" you only get to pick from 1 belt enchant though imo there should simply always be a dark shrine for 2 enchants or another atlas passiv cluster for lab the 2nd cluster i svery unlikely because lab isnt a map and that means outside of the atlas |
