Packed with Energy Atlas passive broken

Hi,
Since the last patch the passive "Packed with energy" Does not apply anymore during maps. Clicking Sulphite vein's does not give you any of the 3 mentioned buffs. Last bumped on Jan 5, 2023, 10:13:18 AM

Tried now - works well, all bonuses apply. |

I have been able to replicate it.
It does not trigger if you are on full sulphite. Even though the point does not state anything about it it seems you need to be able to store at least 1 sulphite. |
