"Action speed cannot be modified below base value" mod on Kaom's Roots doesnt work.

I witness,that my modifier on unique boots doesnt work correctly.While being cursed with Temporal Chains is fine... Effects like Maim,Hinder,Totem's slow aura,Delirium slowing pit,tar slime and so manage to bypass the base value somehow via wearing Kaom's Roots.

Posting my thread here,because it looks like a bug,since modifier clearly say "Action speed cannot be modified below base value" and those effects i listed above are MODIFYING the action speed,be it as cast,attack or move speed.Wiki post Temporal Chains,Chill and Freeze as EXAMPLE of slowing effects as well,not saying "Temporal chains,chill and freeze only" or something like this.

Many of those things aren't modifiers to your action speed.

For example, tar provides a movement speed modifier, which only affects your movement speed.

Modifiers to your action speed are things that modify all action your character performs. If something only affects some actions (such as just movement, or just attack/cast speed) then it isn't a modifier to action speed, so wouldn't be affected by Kaom's Roots' stat that prevents your action speed from being reduced to below base value.

Wikipedia would put that explanation on site,because i tolerated "Action speed" as "ALL speed",be it cast,attack or move.Still that answer look like illogical bullshit and makes no sense(What the point of this mod,if you get slowed anyway)

poor understanding of game mechanics is not a bug

action speed is a different modifier than attack or movement speed. It affects the speed at which the character performs animations. "Slow" is a specific keyword, a shortcut of "reduced action speed".

Wiki is made by players, so you can contribute and improve it if you feel it is not good enough.
