Does player's rarity affects loots like maps?
I googled that player's quantity actually do not affect loots like maps, however this explains why there is another passive point in the atlas tree; 0.5% chance for maps to be duplicated.
But what about player's rarity, there are 5 map boss rarity points, giving a massive 125% increased rarity, and it is really important to know whether it affects loots like maps because other unique items all sells like 1 chaos, but for loots like maps, the difference of a normal map is 4 chaos, while a rare map could be influenced by an elder becoming a 8 chaos loot, or a cortex synthesized unique map of 250 chaos. Also I need a confirmation about Enriched entities, the map boss do get duplicated, however, google says that only last slain boss is considered as boss and the only one that drops loots. I don't have any input about the rarity thingy. My guess is that no one knows for certain.
About the Enriched entities, I was also wondering if it's a bug or intentional - getting only one "boss loot". The only benefit that I can see is you will get multiple boss organs for the metamorph. I was using this solely for one of the league challenges and respec'd out of it once I got it completed ^_^ |

If you want to skip most of the mobs and go straight for the boss, these passives are giving you "something", which is better then nothing. Might be good if you complete 100+ maps per hour.

Player quantity (i.e. on gear) does not affect map drops.
Rarity does not increase Guardian and Synthesised maps as they are special drops. I assume the doubled bosses is only useful for getting more Metamorph organs. |
