Ban appeal Succesuful and then BAN

Hello dear GGG.
I was banned few days ago , i wrote an appeal. Appeal was succeseful. That was the message [Removed by Support] Ive tried to login , but my account was still banned after this succeseful appeal. Ive tried to contact support via e-mail, but they are cant do anything with ban appeals etc. So i decided to do second appeal cause button appeared again , i guess its becuase team pressed something wrong trying to change ban to a warn. And now i recieved a ban again without appeal chance. And i have no choice at all , i cant play like you said "you should now be able to access the account with no trouble." and wait for nothing was pointless. Whats going on here can you contant me. " Document everything (like take pictures of the message saying everything is ok) and e-mail it to GGG support and ask for this to be reviewed by a manager. Be very clear in your e-mail. However it is possible that the unbanned have been overturned by "a manager" or you continue doing what you were warned about..... You will not get any reply here since GGG doesn't allow this kind of account support on the forum. |

OK Guys and People from this forum. I dont want to make this public. But Support don't even want to get involved in my situation.
From what all started. - I want some S-tier build , but im completely lost about pobs and crafting. I found some person in TFT discord , we make a plan/pob/craft-plan and details. I gave him currency for it , and started to wait while whole build will be done. - To clearify its not related with any way to rmt , this person take his 10-20% of total build cost in EX equivalent for his work. It works same way as traders services , they sell your items for ingame currency and make their % in EX for their work. Same with legion jewels , most of the streamers have their own trader for this thing. That kinda services very popular and not even related to RMT. - After this next day , i recieved a ban for rmt. I make an appeal , in some hours i recieve an answer - "We have reviewed your account and in this case we have decided to reduce the ban to a warning, and you should now be able to access the account with no trouble" And they changed ban details to "Breaching Terms of Use" - I know that kinda trades maybe looks suspecious from ggg side , but we clear all thing and they managed to warn me instead of ban. Honestly Warn for service in channel where you have same moderator as on Official Poe channel. But ok - i recieve positive message , atleast i though i was unbanned. - As written in the letter "you should now be able to access the account with no trouble" = I was trying to log in , and i was still banned. - I log in on site , i was still banned , and again i can hit appeal ( lol ) for second time in 3 hours. I know people work hard , they simply forget to remove ban flag from me . - But what to do , i was forced to touch this button again , there is no other ways to contact with a support , and they declined my appeal with "The ban was placed due to a breach of Section 7 of our Terms of Use" Its kinda joke or what? How i can Breach Section 7 , while i was banned and have no acces to the game? Okay lets go forward . what in Breach Section 7 i can breach while being outside of the game lol? Anyway , its not possible ban reason - because - yes , im a person who doesnt even use any trade macro , and i never used it - any services on tft only works with poe currency no rmt . that screenshot of incoming messages to proof my words - https://imgur.com/a/ydeAtDj Do not delete this GGG, this doesnt show any inside info And now they told me to try an appeal? What excume me , try to appeal for third time? Sorry but i cant anymore. I was hoping that its kinda simple case , yes invest. team forget to remove ban flag , simply fix that and we all happy . But why i need all this drama for real , so many years i support you with so many different ways , Support Packs mtx and others. And such a disregard attitude that you don't even want to sort out the problem. PS. I have all screenshots with ban status , before and after FIRST and Second Appeal. " well sounds to me like you were unbanned for RMT but then banned (perma) for the breach on ToS. A bit crazy way GGG is doing this but no idea what's going on in their HQ at the moment..... |

Most absurd thing , that they refused to give me contacts of any senior manager , because its not about ban issues anymore , and this action especially a direct violation of their own rules, by providing and agreeing on a 3rd person for both parties for a preliminary resolution of issues Thank god , i have a plenty well-known streamers in friend list , they gave me all contacts i was needed. At moment im waiting an answer from seniour manager. Ive already tell them , I will go to the end, no matter what financial costs it costs me, for legal costs, etc. If some individuals think that players are mostly stupid and cannot keep their consumer rights under the law, then this is very unfortunate.
