How to change implicit modifier?

Hi.

As the title says: How to change implicit modifier?
The only answer I have found so far is to corrupt an item. As far as I know this solution
1) gives random results
2) will block the item from further modifications

Is there any other way to re-roll implicit?

I have those boots:


Lightning resists are completely useless for me and I would love to replace it with some other resists or ailments avoidance... Is it doable?

this is what you are looking for,but you probably want the higher versions

btw you can add a 2nd implicit with ,but again you might prfer the higher tier version of this currency

Thanks, I completely forgot about new currency xD
That gave me almost full elemental ailment immunity and caped my elemental resistances :)



I'm slow AF but well... Gonna work on that later ;)
