Expedition Logbooks, never dropping?

Running maps, fully spent into expedition on the atlas tree. Which in itself has 50% increased quantity of logbooks dropped in areas. This isn't an increased chance, but actual quantity. I have run multiple T15 + maps using remnants that offer a further 50% increased quantity drops. So now, we are at 100% increased quantity, but I have barely seen any drops (maybe 4 this entire league). It makes no sense, and makes the atlas passive points 100% pointless? I play a lot also, so it isn't lack of running maps to compare.

are you exploding the increased chance of logbooks first? also increased quant of items from monsters(first as well), grabbing eater of world altars that give quant? actually focusing on making sure you hit runic monster markers?

logbooks are raining for me, even with rusted scarabs(so no boost to runic monster markers or explosive count) its 1 every few maps on average at minimum.

they are certainly dropping because there are thousands of them on trade

bad luck streak is not a bug. neither is poor farming efficiency (not necessarily your case though)

they are relatively rare drops, that's why they can be rewarding
