Atlas small passive "Ritual Special Reward Chance"

It's on the middle ritual wheel. What's it do? Does it just boost the chance of those upgraded rituals (you know, with the fancier altars and boosted effects)?

Not 100% sure, but guess it's about increase odds of getting league-specific bases types as a reward from rithul (eg. Gale Crown, Gauche Gloves or Basemetal Treads).

Yeah if it's just those I'm quite meh on it. ilevel 83 blizzard crowns are just about the only worthwhile thing from ritual bases, and getting an extra 1 every 100 or so rituals isn't worth two atlas points.
