General Cry - Mark on Hit - Assassin's Mark (Mirage warrior not summoning)

Please help, I search a lot of forum about General's cry, switching to different weapon, changing the skills, even using a single skill, and the Mirage warrior not summoning.

It seems like you're misunderstanding things in a few ways. I've never used the skill myself before either, so it'd help if someone more knowledgable came in after, but here's the info I can find:

First, the skill itself: General's Cry does not appear to summon Mirage Warriors if the gem is not linked to an attack for the Mirage Warriors to use. You will have to link the gem with a melee attack skill.

Secondly, the behavior you may be aiming for: according to the wiki, Mirage Warriors will not trigger on-hit effects, which is how "Mark On Hit" works. "Mark On Hit" only needs to support the Mark, not a skill that will apply the mark for you. With your current links, "Lightning Strike" should apply "Assassin's Mark" assuming that you have enough mana to cover the mark's casting cost.
