Why is my Energy Shield not showing as completely full ?

For some reason it seems some of my ES is being reserved. If I turn discipline off it goes back to full, but is about half the value, so I'd prefer to keep discipline running. If I turn off HoP and run both discipline and determination (and run Tempest Shield as well) then the value goes to the full amount. Nothing in the descriptions says ES will be reserved of affected by HoP so what is causing it ?

Yes, he has Divine Shield allocated. Just get some armor, to be able to regen more ES.

Divine Shield states "cannot recover energy shield to above armour".
You have 940 energy shield; and you have 721 armour without determination. Therefore you can only recover 721 of your 940 energy shield.
