Cant connect to Moscow Server(sometimes) and just instable ping
For the last week or so, my ping was pretty high around 70-90 with jumps up to several thousands when I`m not able to do anything and often I was just getting disconnected(from any server, not only Moscow). Speaking `bout Moscow server, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn`t, e.g., yesterday, in the evening, I was buying some gems and noticed that I can`t connect to Moscow, when I was trying to buy smth from a person from Russia. Today, just now, I launched the game and succesfully connected to Moscow and my ping is great, even lower than usual. What should I do? Is it because of the ISP?

" No, I don`t think that`s the case. My friend, who lives in the same town, is able to connect to Moscow without any troubles. I already encountered such problem a couple of months ago, but I just dropped the league. When I started 3.17, it was already working, even though I didn`t do anything. Just now I decided to try connecting to Moscow, and it was a success, I decided to tp to the ho, but during the loadscreen I just got disconnected and wasn`t able to connect to Moscow anymore. It`s strange because several months ago, which I mentioned above, I couldn`t connect to the server at all. The only thing that helped me, was using a VPN, but obviously the ping was tremendously high, furthermore, I don`t feel like buying a VPN. If thats my ISP, I`d like to understand how to solve the problem with or if it`s possible with their help. Last edited by Raisito#2043 on Mar 18, 2022, 11:50:40 AM

" Well if it works using a VPN, the ISP "issue" is confirmed. However there is a bug in GGG servers where an instance will "get bugged" and your latency will just increase without any end but you will not DC (your client freeze will latency just increases). I tried to leave my client to see what happens but after getting to 264000 ms latency I kill the program and reconnected to the realm again. However I had to reconnect using another PoE gateway until my "old session" on the other gateway timed out.... |
