Eldritch Implicits question

Take these three different mods

1. Minions deal (20–22)% increased Damage
2. While a Unique Enemy is in your Presence, Minions deal (32–34)% increased Damage
3. While a Pinnacle Atlas Boss is in your Presence, Minions deal (44–46)% increased Damage

I know that the Pinnacle Atlas bosses are "The Searing Exarch, The Eater of Worlds, The Black Star, The Infinite Hunger, The Maven, Sirus the Awakener , Uber Elder, Shaper, and Elder"

Wouldn't/couldn't all 3 of those mods apply to the pinnacle Atlas bosses as they are unique enemies?

Are all map bosses and the guardians considered Unique Enemies?

Are all the bosses from league mechanics like Betrayal considered Unique Enemies?

yes, they all apply 'forward'.

the first mod applies to everything, but is the lowest increase of the 3

the second mod applies to all unique enemies (map bosses, rogue exiles, betrayal people, delve bosses, bestiary bosses, pinnacle bosses), and is stronger than the first.

the third applies only to the strongest bosses. but is also the strongest % mod.
