[Console] 3.17.3 Patch Preview

Patch 3.17.3 for consoles is expected to release tomorrow. In addition to the changes that were deployed on PC, there are some console specific changes included. The following patch notes are still subject to change prior to the patch's deployment.

Console-specific notes:

• Updated Neversink Lootfilters to version 8.5.3
• Fixed a crash that could occur during supporter pack purchase.
• Fixed a bug that prevented controls in Alva's temple map from working in some cases.
• Eldritch altar options are now displayed on top of user interface.
• Fixed a crash that could occur on world UI.
