I defeated Maven 2 times, I didn't get voidstone at all...

The whole history: On another character I've tried to solo maven, but I failed and I lost all portals. Then I was playing on this character you see on screenshot, and I paid for maven service to just get that damn voidstone and never ever see her again. I didn't even died in that encounter, I just didn't drop anything and kirac had no question mark above his head, but I thought that maybe because I was in party it bugged out. Today I've tried again to solo maven, I did it with one death, but I wasn't rewarded with voidstone or anything. Also Kirac still don't want to talk with me about maven... Please help me, the most similar challenge I could find was activated maven beacons (there is no challenge for killing her, so I couldn't prove it this way), I'm standing in just finished maven crucible on the screen, I have no idea how can I prove it more. From your photo, you did not defeat the Maven, just one of the Challenges, or the Atlas Invitation, where you fight the bosses, not the Maven herself.
