Righteous Fire / left mouseclick

Hello,
I can't manage to start Righteous Fire with the left mouse click. It does not happen, with keys the spell works. but in youtube videos this is possible, what am I doing wrong?

Do you need to activate it constantly in the first place? Most RF builds that I am aware of have it on permanently, so it would be fine to put it on the secondary hotkey bard that is not even always visible, not to mention activating it again every few seconds.

I use the secondary keybinds for RF.
@DER_ you do need to turn it back on every time you switch an instance.
