skill gems still level after locking

It happens to me at least twice a day and many people I know have the same issue: skill gems that are locked from leveling, upon entering map randomly starts leveling. When you open the inventory it still shows them being locked.

on the PC you can't lock it from leveling, all you do is get the gem to the point that it wants you to level it then hide the notification, sure it sometimes pops back up but all you do is hide it again

Eh no it does locks it from leveling I play for 3 years and it first time its happening to me. When you right click on + sign it hides it AND prevents it from leveling further.

well yes, because it is at the gems MAXIMUM level at that specific point in regards to EXP. So it can't level anymore / recieve more EXP....
To say it more plainly. When the "+" sign comes on your screen, the gem is at it's MAXIMUM experiance gained for that level and ready for it to level up.
If you don't do that (by right clicking the "+" sign), the gem no longer get any xp and that's it.
However the "+" sign is still shown when you open your char inventory so there you can get it to resume it's leveling if you want to.

Again the same goes if you take the gem from one char / account to another....

If you say so many people have this problem, then where is the proof. Should be super easy to make this video proof.....

I think people are confused what bug I am referring to. Sometimes when I enter map and start killing mobs my level 5 precision pops up with notification to level up.

that gem was right clicked and as indented it should never notify me. But at least once a day I get notification again even IF I didn't touch it.

IT happens to streamers and they say its known bug. I'm here to report it just in case they not aware of it.
