99% of everything GGG sell in their store, is heavily overpriced. Stash tabs, on the other hand, are pretty fairly priced.

yes there are alot of supportive people and you can't always buy stash from the 120$ the game expects you to spend per year.
but if you enter towns i nearly always meet those guys wearing free stuff.

i even stated at the end that tabs are pay to win,but there are fine
they dont offer direct power or speed

I'll plug my suggestion here. Let the players buy tabs for a pool... same price as usual. GGG admins the pool and decides how the tabs are doled out to the players who need them. Win-win for both GGG and the players. GGG sells more tabs and players who can't pay for whatever reason have access to tabs.

Have optional content with bosses that drop stash tabs. A notification popup like the one for unlocking hideouts appears, says you have unlocked +1 stash tabs.
They don't drop anything else, grant no xp, and they would be predictably super grindy, if not impossible to beat, so only folks with no access to online payment could justify spending hours running Tab Lab or whatever the instance would end up being called.
Ofc you could mess with people and put league challenges in that said "Grind Tab Lab 1000 times" or "Conditional Tab Lab completion: version 80085"
or just stick it in Izaro's drop table and if you use a Gift/Tribute/whatever you have a chance of dropping a premium tab, premium quad, or one of the lesser-value targeted tabs (flask, frag, gem, deli, meta, blight).
