How do people get 1 logbook every 2-3 maps? ive looked at some tips in reddit and how often people encounter logbooks.

depending on my luck with altars, my map quant is around 180 - 260.

Done 15 similar maps no logbook. I know its a small sample size but 200 quant maps not dropping a single logbook is absurd.

I prioritize pack size, logbook, quant item drop. I try to get those 3 before going after runic monster marker. I've used rusted for first 5 then polished for the next 10.

I know ill get a logbook eventually and this is probably an RNG thing but im just wondering how i could get 1 logbook in 2-3 maps

Have yet to see 1 logbook all league.

It's mostly a small sample size thing. I've done expeditions all league and had gotten enough logbooks to almost fill up the chest storage area. I do go stretches sometimes without a book but then I have small stretches where it's every map and sometimes 2 per map.

Rusted scarabs aren't very good, you really want to use at least polished. I'll assume you specced everything expedition in the atlas tree but if not, be sure to do that.

The one thing that really helped me aside from what you said you prioritized is that regardless of the markers you prioritize, make sure your finished sequence hits ALL the big skulls. Ultimately, if you take all the increased drop and pack and whatnot but don't hit all the big skulls, you will lose out.

I know the people who are getting really insane amounts of books are doing the sextant mod too. I haven't done that but I imagine I'd get even more if I did.
