FPS Drops With Poison Concoction

Hi i have a bug where my FPS Drops too 40 when i youse Poison Concoction with more then 7 Projektiles.

in this Video i youse the skill with 6 Projektilles and youse my Dying Sun +2 Projektiles for the Laggs to begin.
I my PC has a Fresh Win10 on it with all setings on Low.
PC Stats:
I7-9700k GeForce 1080 GTX 16gb Ram

2560X1440 Vulkan
i changed it one 1920X1080 and Direct X 11 no Changes.

if i youse a ather Skill with the same gems.
No Problems.

GGG Pls Fix this bug it sucks too die at Laggs.
