Potential bug with 'reuse at end of flask effect' flask enchantment.

I've noticed this a few times on my build lately that with this flask enchantment, if you go through a non-loading-screen transition, like a door/portal to a boss arena in a map just as the flask is expiring, it sometimes will not reuse the flask like it should per the enchantment despite having enough charges to do so.

I've got a couple guesses as to why, based on my experiences:

1) Your flasks briefly become unusable while the transition happens, but as flasks currently in use pause during the grace period from transitions that *shouldn't* be an issue, so i'm guessing there's a slight timing issue here where the flasks become unusable *before* the grace period and flask pause happens... the flask becomes momentarily unusable but keeps ticking and expires without being able to be reused just before the flask pause happens.

2) The flask i notice it most often on does depend on a reduced flask charges consumed belt affix, so perhaps in that moment of transition i briefly lose that stat before the flasks are paused and therefore don't have enough charges to reactivate it (though i would if the belt mod was functioning), so it's unable to be reused. But in the past another flask that definitely doesn't depend on that belt affix has exhibited the same behavior, so i doubt this guess is correct.


I was able to reproduce the behavior several times, though it takes a few attempts to get the timing right.

In any case, as my build does depend on permanently maintaining flasks and is fully equipped to do so if no monster or map mods are interfering with charges, this bug happening, albeit occasionally, is a bit frustrating. Doesn't happen often, but when it does it can often cause a death.
