Keep getting disconnected, Can't progress story

Hey guys,
I'm trying to level a new character. I've just reached the Pyramid Apex, keep that in mind. It doesn't have anything to do with the bug but it has a lot to do with why I'm so mad. I'm stuck in an area where it's like, 3 minutes of running to the boss from the closest waypoint. I've been stuck here for two days, which wouldn't be a problem if this had been addressed in any way by GGG, but I have had no confirmation that they even know this is occurring. I've joined in on other forum posts about connection issues. None of them appear to have been addressed by GGG. So I'm making my own. I can't make more than 3 minutes of progress with out an "Unexpected Disconnection" occurring. So, I started to do that but then as I was re-reading the documentation on connection issues again and noticed that it said to not use Lockstep if I'm having issues. I was set to auto, but it was then choosing lockstep. I switched from Auto (Lockstep) to Predictive and I haven't been kicked since. | |
