Activating the Conqueror Crests opened portals to Elder fight instead of Sirus

I put 3 sets of Conqueror Crests into the map device and I fought Sirus once.

After killing him, I opened the next set of Crest for the second round, but it instead opened portals for the Elder fight.

Then, both sets of the Conqueror sets disappeared from the map device.

Update: I got both sets of Crests back in my map slots on the map device. If this was fixed by GGG, they also didn't take back the Uber Elder fragment which I dropped from my free bugged Elder fight which spawned instead of Sirus. So ty for the free Uber Elder fragment, GGG.

This is quite the interesting occurance, can you reproduce and video this and show it?
My crests went to Sirus and my Elder Fragments to the Elder...

Did you switch characters during the Sirus fight?

Map device contents are per-character, so if you swapped characters during or after the fight, the first character would still have the Conqueror Crests in the device.

No I did not. After I killed Sirus the first time, I TPed out to Karui Shores and I came back to my hideout. I did not even touch my stash. Didn't even touch a thing on my inventory when I opened the Crests the second time. So it only had to activated 1 stack of the entire set of Crests.

Interesting fact is, I finished my Elder runs before the first Sirus fight. I exhausted all my Elder fragments so there is a zero percent chance for mistakenly slotting Elder fragments instead of Crests.

So there is a possibility for a rollback bug. Also, I lost 2 ex to this incident. I am discouraged and need a small break from the game. :P
