Do Helmet Enchants work for the alternative versions of gems?

I'm using Anomalous Assassin's Mark. My helmet has the enchant "30% increased Assassin's Mark curse effect." Does this still effect the skill?

yes, they do. the alt quality is still the same gem, it just has a different effect from quality.
