Temple of Atzoatl - Vaal Omnitect stuck bug

Hello,
Today I encountered a bug where Vaal Omnitect in Temple of Atzoatl was stuck before his phase where he's invincible ( he didnt move to the middle of the room). Couldnt move him with knockback skills or reentering area didnt change his state.  Last bumped on Mar 26, 2022, 3:06:07 AM

Again same bug today, cannot move back to temple to finish it.
