Somthing seems wrong with Damage dealt on Bosses for Flicker

Hello there, so there seems to be an issue with the game, more specifically with Flicker

So here's the thing, according to PoeDB Searing Exarch should have roughly 39,831,138 HP
And let say in a scenario where there are 5 Players Total in the party for that invitation.

39,381,138 x 5 = 196,905,690 Life

So with that number, If we have a build that can burst (not counting Vaal activation, on kill effects) at 300m DPS the moment that skill hit the boss, Searing Exarch should be dead right?

So this is my problem.
My build is dealing this much without the mentioned above conditions.

This is the POB
https://pastebin.com/cLDggDkR

In theory the moment I touch the boss, for 1s he should be killed, but that's not what happened.
Here's the test.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YdLgPCJe0dI (5 Man HP)

Either my POB is showing inflated numbers through the rooft.
Or PoeDB have the wrong number of life
Or There's something honestly just wrong about flicker.

Would be nice to have a dev clarification.

I believe endgame bosses generally have a high damage mitigation at the start of their phases to prevent builds like yours from deleting them in less than a second.

That should be the main factor that stretches out the fight.

As for your PoB configuration, there were some slight mistakes such as too high effect of scorch compared to what is shown in the video (which might also stem from the aforementioned mitigation) and having 50 resonance at the start of the fight, but that still results in a number way above what you would need to kill the boss in 1 second.

Also, I found no source of onslaught other than Cat's Agility, so you do not need to check it manually. You did have Cat's Agility during the fight in the video, so this does not lower your dps, but generally setting Cat's Agility in PoB is sufficient.
Let just say without trinity setting, without Onslaught.

With purely numbers bosses should die.
But i guess the case of damage reduction seems to be the case most bosses, or atleast alot of PoE bosses seems to have a kind of damage reduction or from what i seen from multiple test, they have a cap of damage they can taken per hit

ggg introduced the damage cap at the start of boss fights because some builds such as traps would one shot them right aas they finished talking
According to the Delirium patch notes that introduced it:
"
The Shaper now takes significantly reduced damage at the start of each phase, which tapers off over 8 seconds.

There's a Jousis video where he kills the Elder in a single hit (>100 million), so I don't think there's a cap to the amount of damage per hit, I think that what you are seeing is just the less damage modifier at the start of each phase.

I used your example for some data analytics to try to figure out what function they are using for scaling down damage at the start of a fight. Assuming PoB is correct, the "less damage" at the start of the fight stays near to 90% less damage for at least the first 4s. There appears to be only a small downward trend in the first 4s. Based on this, my guess is that it is some kind of exponential decay where the less modifier stays quite high for a long time, and then drops more and more rapidly towards the end of the 8s.

I could get a better estimate with 60 fps video, only flicker strike hits (no hits from totems), and for the fight to last at least 10 seconds long. But this is the data we have. Here's my working (any tips for better analysis are welcome):

I can't see how trinity functions or scorched is applied, that aside it would still instantly delete every boss so its the damage reduction as stated, honestly i'd expect sub second kills even with the damage reduction most of the time :p

Also epic gear, imported just to admire.
