Not able to deal damage to excavation enemies

When enemies spawn after detonation on map I can not deal any damage to them, only my minion can. And therefore I can not get to the loot. Tried to use the portal scroll but it did not help.

You blew up a box that made them immune to your damage type. Pay extra attention if the box text is written in yellow as those will make mobs immune to a certain damage type.
