Infinite hunger feels punishing to tanky low dps builds
Hello,
I just finished my first Infinite Hunger fight on first try but it felt pretty frustating. First time I got swallowed is because I jumped to the outer perimeter around the start of "wave", I managed to luckily find the way back to the arena Second time I got swallowed I was at the top of the stairs and didn't find anywhere safe to go. This time I spent some time running around trying to find the portal back to the arena staking the debuff to 178 (!!!). After going back to the arena, I died 5 times because of the huge debuff I had, and no obvious way to remove it. Overall, this fight feels punishing to the tanky low dps builds because if you don't kill Hunger fast enough you get debuff stacks that remove your tankiness and make the fight harder and harder. Moreover you get even more stacks if you don't know how to exit the digestive phase fast enough. In short this fight feels like a DPS check. PS : I use a Righteous Fire build with armour. I like it because my best ping is 120ms, average 170 ms. With that lag I prefer using a tanky build, and I found Righteous Fire fun with no interruption to dps while focusing on dodging threats. the proper title should be POE feels punishing to low dps builds
you can have the best mechanical skills to avoid all damage, but if your dps is abysmal, maven will heal up a boss take too long to kill certain bosses? permanent dot puddles appear on the floor. [Removed by Support]

The stacking slow/debuff in the subzone is brutal, its weird that the 'guardian' fight is generally harder than the Eater of Worlds fight itself.
