Contents of Heist locker lost after league migrate

I recently migrated my SSF Archnemesis characters to normal Archnemesis league. Everything went as I expected – I had to re-do my stash and allocate atlas passives again – but I just noticed that all the contents of my Heist locker are gone. Over 50k coins, dozens of contracts and a bunch of blueprints.

I looked around, but I didn't see an option like with Voidstones, where you can talk to an NPC to pick them up again. Most other league-specific stuff seems to be still there (Harvest, Delve, Bestiary, Expedition, Betrayal).

Is this intended behavior? Should I have known this and put the stuff in my normal stash?

Am I just shit out of luck now?

Turns out I had those disabled in the stash options. They didn't show up at first, but after zoning into the Heist place, everything is there in my stash now.

The migration process have been changed.
You now have to also activate the MANUALLY migration button in the buttom on the char selection list just after you login to the PoE client.

Also make sure that remove-only stash tabs are not set to be hidden in the PoE client ingame options.
