A couple questions about infernal cry's Cover in ash

1. What's the duration of Cover in ash from infernal cry ? is it the default 4 seconds duration, or does it last for the entire (5-5.9 seconds) duration of infernal cry ?

2. Phantasmal infernal cry gives "20% chance to Cover Enemies in Ash on Hit". does this mean any hit from any skill during infernal cry's duration has a chance to cover in ash ?

1. There is no secondary duration, so I would assume that the debuff lasts as long as whatever duration Infernal Cry has.

2. This should be local to the Combust skill that is triggered by exerted attacks.
