Dark Ideation Cluster Notable Broken

Hello,

On my Essence Drain Character named SirAntonChigurh_Delve, I noticed that the the notable "Dark Ideation" that I have on almost all my cluster jewels doesn't work anymore.

In previous patches, this notable was working correctly by turning my mana pool into chaos damage, but this interaction is broken. Both in POB and in-game, when I allocate and unallocated the notable my damage doesn't change on essence drain.

They must have added a cap of 80% after it was originally uncapped then? Thanks.
