Elemental Reflect Bug

Can confirm,
was on 18% ele reflect, using 50% Pantheon less reflect dmg plus the 60% less reflect from skill tree.
Did 4x archnemesis and the first three were no issue, the last one was Malediction on top, that ripped me 4 times, then i came here.
It was a Necromancer, so they mostly revive/cast and not hit. This was 100% reflect damage taken and not random RIP-Hit of the mob; most likely due to the 50% increased damage taken hidden archnemesis mod. I'm 100% certain that this is absolutely not designed to be. Poor HC people ripping on such dumb hidden mechanics. Good riddance archnemesis.

This can happen on searing exarch influenced map with The Light of Down atlas passive skill allocated.

If you attack really fast and run out of mana you could be performing a regular melee attack, which would not receive the benefits of your support gems. With enough flat ele damage from gear and auras, this might hit hard enough to kill you.
