advanced mod descriptions

I don't know if it's intended but after the patch i can't see advanced mod descriptions of items on the ground, even if i press the assigned key. I have to pick them, then look at in my inventory.

Same issue here, but I did find that after reading the patch notes, advanced mod display is now always active, but for some reason it doesn't seem to be working with the show full description option, that is with items not in your inventory.
