Asenath's Chant + Bane not applying the linked curses

when using Asenath's Chant, we can trigger a spell, I'm using Bane, bane trigger curse linked, apparently the damage from the curse is buffing Bane damage, but the curses are not being applied, I intend to make a "double trigger" concept

I don't think there is "double trigger" in this game. Since the curse gem will both linked by the item and Bane so that it never able to trigger
