Rapid Assault ascend doesn't work.

I simply don't have onslaught, when the onslaught should exist.

Permanent onslaught has no buff icon

Well THAT is the bug then. I noticed via calculation that I DO IN FACT have the effect, but the onslaught icon is missing.

Not a bug, permanent onslaught from passives and items has no buff icon
